Dear music lovers,
we are pleased to cordially invite you to the charity concert “Starry Night”, which will take place on 13 November 2023 at the Hotel-Bibliothek Klosterhof. The event will start at 6.45 pm and will be opened with a refreshing champagne reception, the concert will start at 7.30 pm. This unique musical experience is organised by the Rotary Club Salzburg International to support young musicians and promote important charity projects.
The concert series “New moon. New faces. New taste.” comprises a total of three concerts (13.11.23, 9.2.2024, 8.4.2024). The name of the series symbolises that the concerts are always held on the day of the new moon. On this special evening, new talented musicians from different countries living in Austria or Germany will take the stage. At the champagne reception you will have the opportunity to try a special drink with “New taste”.
Programme
The concert programme will be performed by Alina Martemianova (soprano), Gaiva Bandzinaite (piano), Yuri Kamanin (guitar) and promises an unforgettable “Starry Night”. They will present works by R.Strauss, C.Debussy, M.Ravel, H.Villa-Lobos, G.Bizet, I.Stravinsky and others. The programme reflects the romantic and magical atmosphere of the evening.
The ticket price is 25 euros including a welcome drink. All proceeds of the concert will be used to support young musicians and charity projects of RC Salzburg International.
